(1)As per the Gazette notification of UGC No. F. 1-1/2020(DEB-I), dated 4th September, 2020 , “no Study Centre or Learner Support Centre shall be established beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the Higher Educational Institution or under any franchisee or outsourcing agreement, as described in these regulations.” |
(2)Learner Support Centre defined under these regulations shall not be the Learner Support Centre for more than two Higher Educational Institutions at a time to offer programmes in Open and Distance Learning mode. |
(3)Learner Support Centre of a State University should be in the same state in which the State University has been established. |
(4)Learner Support Centre established shall provide all necessary services to the learners as laid down in the ODL regulation 2020. |
(5)Learner Support Centre established shall provide all necessary information to the University time to time/ when demanded |
(6)The Institution shall provide the latest affiliation document to the University. |
(7)Images of the different infrastructural facilities such as office, library,classroom, undertaking , laboratory, signatures and affiliation letter, to be uploaded in the application form should not be more than 500kb. |
(8)Images should be geotagged. (Geotagged images can be clicked either by turning on the location tag of the camera or by using the GPS map camera which can be downloaded from the playstore) |
(9)Kindly Download and read "Learner Support Centre Establishment Rules-2022" before proceeding. |

(10)Take printout of the complete application form only after filling the information from STEP No-1 to STEP No-6 and send duly signed hard copy along with the required documents to the University. |
